Q&A ยท ChainRadar
Why does a wallet show no assets?
A no-asset result does not always mean the address is unused or unsafe. It may mean the currently available data sources cannot see the assets at that moment.
Common reasons
- The wallet is new and has not received assets yet.
- The wallet is receive-only and has no outgoing activity.
- The assets are on another chain, while ChainRadar currently prioritizes Ethereum mainnet.
- The token indexer is delayed or rate limited.
- The wallet holds low-value or unpriced tokens that are filtered out.
What to check next
Look at the data status row in the report. If RPC activity is available but asset data is limited, the address format is valid but the token index may be unavailable.
